Quest Advisors provides quality assurance advisory and outsourcing services for the mortgage banking industry.

Since its inception in 1995, Quest has grown to provide mortgage-related services to a broad range of clients nationwide, from smaller retail mortgage bankers and lenders originating volumes of 50 to 100 loans per month to large national lenders and mortgage bankers originating thousands of loans per month through retail, wholesale, and correspondent channels.

Quest is more than just a quality control “loan review” company, but is committed to its clients’ overall goals of profitably and success. Charles Sewright (Quest's President and CEO) actively guides the quality control and regulatory compliance reviews and analyses, operational consulting, and business development at Quest Advisors. He has over twenty years of mortgage banking experience, and he has served as  President and CEO of three national, full-service mortgage banking companies (including both national bank-owned and federal savings bank-owned).
Mr. Sewright is actively engaged in industry policy development. He has served on the national Fannie Mae Advisory Council and the Freddie Mac CEO Roundtable.  His ongoing involvement with the Mortgage Bankers Association includes serving on the MBA Board of Governors and Executive Committees; Chairman of the Freddie Mac Liaison Committee; active involvement in the quality assurance, legal Issues, and regulatory compliance committees; and most recently serving as Chairman of the Quality Assurance Committee.

Quest is staffed by professional managers, QC analysts, researchers, and processors who have gained experience through their work with independent mortgage banks, bank-owned mortgage companies and mortgage insurance companies.  Furthermore, Quest’s QC analysts have extensive conventional and government lending experience:

The average length of Quest’s QC analyst experience is 22 years in mortgage banking, with underwriting and QC experience averaging over 18 years.
